Welcome to our site
One of the best authentic Indo-Pak spots in town! Excellent brick oven made naan, spicy food, and very friendly staff and owners. 10 minute walk to Mt Vernon Sq., Chinatown, or Metro Center; also on the Circulator line. So, in my opinion it's centrally located. This place gets PACKED from noon until 2pm so I recommend going between 2.15-3p for lunch and anytime thereafter for dinner. It features a $7 lunch/ $8 dinner buffet with a huge selection. But the menu has everything you'd desire. The ambiance isn't the greatest, but you'll be treated to South Asian television programming whilst you eat. The quality and value of the food is what counts!
Our Customer's Testimonials
- Delicious fast food. I ordered a shish kebab for dinner. I Expected the typical old pasty cuts of lamb in a pita, but got the real deal. Big chunks of real fresh lamb, char-grilled, with delicious spices. The wrap was naan-like, again straight for the tandoor.
If only all fast food was like this.... actually it took 10 mins to cook, but heck it was worth it. I'm going back again tonight.
Fluo lighting and Big screen TV with Bollywood flicks make this an authentic Indian diner.

- A hundred thousand cabbies can't be wrong.
You know you're at a good place, when there's no parking near it and the place is surrounded by taxis. Either that, or you're outside the Mosque. Anyway, I've been coming here for eats since the last time I was relatively poor. The buffet is delish and affordable. Who cares that I was the only woman in the place? Good naan. One star off for feng shui reasons.

- mmm...I heart Indian food. This was better than Cafe Spice and a tiny bit cheaper. Both the paneer and the naan were better. need I say anything else?
Well the staff was friendly and there's outdoor space. The indoor space isn't nice or anything fancy...so don't go here for nice mea..

- I LOVE a good curry, and this did not disappoint! I got delivery but I will definitely be getting it again. I got the Alu Tikki and Shahi Korma, it was delicious! The lamb so so tender and the sauce was perfect, just the right amount of heat. Mayur was just the comfort food (yes I consider curry comfort food) I was looking for on a Saturday night in.
